Become Licensed Through FOCAM

● FOCAM is open to pastors who oversee a ministry.

● Must have a definite call to one of the five-fold offices.

● Must be active in ministry on either a full-time or part-time basis.Letters of reference.

● Required every 2 years.

● 2 Year Vision Statement

● Licensing Renewal Fees $200

● Willingness to serve on appointed committees, as needed.
